Maksym Vovk is a massage and recovery specialist at the GENEVITY medical centre, with 3 years of experience. He specialises in a range of massage techniques aimed at easing muscle tension, improving mobility, supporting recovery after physical exertion and maintaining general well-being. His training in physical and occupational therapy allows him to work with the body as a whole, taking into account the musculoskeletal system, the level of physical activity, lifestyle and the individual needs of each patient. He works with adults and with children from 2 months of age. At GENEVITY, massage is part of a comprehensive approach to recovery, physical activity and well-being. Techniques are selected individually, based on the condition of the body, lifestyle, training load and the needs of each patient.
